newGen Mobile ("we," "our," or "us") provides various mobile applications and games (collectively, the "Services"). We offer these Services across different business models, including free Ad-Supported access, optional Subscriptions, Lifetime Premium access, and consumable in-game virtual items (such as shards).
This Privacy Policy informs visitors and users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. By choosing to use our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
No Account Required: Our Services do not require you to create a user account. We do not directly ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, or physical address. However, the third-party tools integrated into our apps do collect specific device identifiers to function correctly.

While we do not directly collect personal contact information, our Services integrate third-party tools that automatically collect certain device and usage data to provide a better user experience, analyze app stability, and serve advertisements. The data collected by these third parties includes:
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and device settings.
- Identifiers: Mobile Advertising IDs (e.g., Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and Installation UUIDs.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, session durations, and crash reports.
- Network Data: Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

3. Advertising and Analytics
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements in our free Services. AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID and IP address to serve ads. Depending on your region and your device settings, these ads may be personalized based on your interests, or non-personalized.
Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: We use Firebase to monitor app performance. In the event of an app crash, Crashlytics collects anonymous "Log Data" (such as a crash trace, device state, and an installation UUID) to help us identify and fix bugs.
4. How to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
You can control how your device handles advertising IDs and targeted ads directly through your phone's system settings:
- Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID".
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > and toggle off "Personalized Ads". Alternatively, go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking to restrict app tracking.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
Some of our Services offer Subscriptions, Lifetime access, or consumable virtual items (like game shards). All financial transactions are handled securely by the respective app store's billing system (e.g., Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store).
We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, billing address, or payment information. The app stores simply provide us with a secure token to verify that a purchase was successful so we can unlock the features in your app.

Because we utilize Google's infrastructure (Firebase and AdMob), the device data collected through our Services may be transferred to, processed, and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries outside of your resident jurisdiction. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

Depending on where you reside (such as the European Economic Area or California), you have specific rights regarding your data:
- Right to Know and Access: You have the right to know what data is collected about you.
- Right to Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your data.
- Right to Opt-Out of the "Sale" of Data (CCPA): We do not sell your data for money. However, sharing an Advertising ID with AdMob to serve targeted ads may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law. You can opt out using your device settings as described in Section 4.
Note on Data Deletion: Because we do not require user accounts, we do not hold data tied to your name or email. All analytics and advertising data is tied to your device's identifiers. To "delete" or reset this data, you can reset your Advertising ID in your phone's settings and uninstall the application.
8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
We take the privacy of children very seriously. If a specific game or application is designed for, or directed at, children under the age of 13, we configure our third-party ad networks (like AdMob) to strictly use Child-Directed Treatment. This ensures that only contextual, non-personalized ads are shown, and no Advertising IDs or tracking cookies are collected from the user.
For all other Services not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Security
We value your trust in providing us with your information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
10. Links to Other Sites
Our Services, particularly through advertisements, may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites, as we have no control over their content or practices.
